Lior Chase never intended to become the “smoothie guy.” But after years of chronic bloating, sluggish digestion, and unpredictable energy, he found himself blending his way to better health—one glass at a time.

It all started during a stressful period when takeout was his norm and greens were an afterthought. “I just didn’t have the energy to cook, and my stomach was always a mess,” he says. He knew something had to change, but he didn’t want an extreme detox or strict regimen.

Lior made sure the blends were balanced—no sugar crashes or fiber overload. “I wanted my gut to feel calm, not overwhelmed,” he says. And surprisingly, by day three, the bloating disappeared. His energy stabilized. He even noticed his skin looked clearer.

“I wasn’t starving or cranky,” he laughs. “I was actually enjoying the process.”
