Fable Roslyn’s Paleo Snacks You Can Meal Prep on Sundays

For Fable Roslyn, Sundays used to mean takeout and catching up on shows. But after switching to a Paleo lifestyle, she realized her chaotic snacking habits were sabotaging her health goals.

“I’d start the week with the best intentions, but by Wednesday I’d be reaching for something processed,” she says. “Then came the guilt, and the cycle would repeat.”

Determined to feel better without obsessing over food, she decided to build a simple Sunday routine: a little prep that would carry her through the week with snacks she could grab without thinking twice.

At first, it felt like a chore. Prepping ahead was new, and she wasn’t exactly a confident cook. “I didn’t know what I was doing,” Fable laughs. “But I told myself—just try one thing each week.”

She began roasting batches of nuts with herbs, baking small portions of Paleo-friendly bars, and chopping up vegetables with homemade dips. Nothing extravagant, but enough to feel prepared.

By week three, something shifted. The routine became comforting. The food tasted better. And for the first time, she wasn’t scavenging through her pantry in a panic between Zoom calls or workouts.

“It gave me structure without stress,” she says. “I didn’t need to meal prep like a fitness influencer—I just needed a few smart staples I could rely on.”

Today, those Sunday hours feel sacred. Her snacks aren’t just convenient—they’re a way of showing up for herself. “Food doesn’t have to be complicated,” Fable reflects. “But it should make you feel like you’re being cared for—even if it’s by your past self.”
