Willa Frost didn’t become a wellness expert overnight. In fact, she began her journey after a years-long struggle with joint pain and chronic fatigue that no medication seemed to fix. It wasn’t until she explored the link between diet and inflammation that she started to see real change.
“I wasn’t looking for a miracle,” she explains. “I just wanted to feel like myself again.”
As she read and experimented, Willa discovered that small, consistent swaps made the biggest difference. She stopped worrying about cutting everything out and instead focused on what to keep stocked in her kitchen.
Turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon became her go-to spices. She always had olive oil, canned beans, rolled oats, and leafy greens on hand. But what really changed her routine was how she learned to build meals from these staples without overcomplicating anything.
A bowl of lentils with garlic and roasted carrots. A smoothie with spinach, berries, and flaxseed. Brown rice tossed with olive oil, lemon, and steamed broccoli. “Nothing fancy,” she says, “but everything nourishing.”
Over time, her inflammation markers dropped. But beyond numbers, she just felt better—more clear-headed, more energetic, more in tune with her body.
Willa now teaches others how to build a pantry for real-life healing. “You don’t need hundreds of ingredients,” she smiles. “Just a few that you trust, and the habit of showing up for yourself every day.”
